Formerly (1915) National Association of Teachers of Advertising; (1926) National Association of Teachers of Marketing & Advertising; (1932) National Association of Teachers of Marketing; (1937) merged with American Marketing Society to form the American Marketing Association. The Academy of Health Service Marketing was absorbed by the AMA in 1994.
