American Medical Student Association
AMSA is founded as Student American Medical Association. It is committed to improving health care and healthcare delivery to all people, encouraging active improvement in medical education, involving its members in the social, moral and ethical obligations of the profession of medicine; assisting in the improvement and understanding of world health problems, contributing to the welfare of medical students, premedical students, interns, residents and post-MD/DO trainees, and advancing the profession of medicine. Membership Fee: $25 (Domestic/International Medical Student); $75 (Domestic/Premedical/International Medical Student, full length of medical education); $200 (Physicians, Lifetime); $10 (Graduate); $1,500 (Organizations); $500 (Non Profit Organizations); $50 (Supporting Affiliates).
