Founded as Arizona Hospice Organization, it added "palliative care" to its name to reflect the range of care and services its members provide. Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (AHPCO) is the statewide nonprofit membership organization of hospice and palliative care programs and professionals in Arizona. It's mission is to advance quality end-of-life care and serving as a voice and resource for its members and the communities which they serve. Membership fee: $250 (Palliative Care Provider); $100-$5,500 (Hospice Provider, Census-based Dues); $25 (Individual); $300 (Associate).
