Founded as the Bankers Roundtable; the result of a merger in 1993 of the Association of Bank Holding Companies and the Association of Reserve City Bankers. Assumed its current name in 1999. Acquired Financial Services Technology Consortium in 2009. FSR's mission is to protect and promote the economic vitality and integrity of its members and the United States financial system. Membership is reserved for for-profit companies delivering integrated financial services.
