CSCTFL is a regional foreign language organization that serves 14 Midwestern states of Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Its aim is to promote the study of world languages on all levels of instruction. It assumes a proactive, leadership role within the profession and provide services to all foreign language educators, including those of modern, ancient, less-commonly-taught languages and English as a Second Language. It is not a membership organization.
