Connecticut Asphalt and Aggregate Producers Association, Inc.
Formerly (2004) the Connecticut Bituminous Concrete Producers Assoc., Inc. and the Connecticut Crushed Stone Association. CAAPA is a division of Connecticut Construction Industries Association (CCIA). CAAPA supports the interests of members on environmental issues and works to improve the quality of hot plant-mixed asphalt pavements and paving techniques used in the construction of roads, streets, highways, parking lots, airports, and environmental and recreational facilities. Members are producers, contractors and suppliers of hot plant-mixed asphalt pavements in the state.
