Formed (2000) by a merger of Florida Teaching Profession-NEA and FEA United. FEA's mission is to promote professional growth, development and status of all who serve the students in Florida's public schools and to advocate the right to a free, quality public education for all. Members are classroom teachers and other education workers in the state of Florida. Membership dues are determined by the individual local.
