Hawaii Association of Conservation Districts
HACD serves as the state instrument for the conservation movement in Hawaii. It maintains and promotes relations with organizations and government agencies, publishes information about districts, works with youth, agriculture, urban programs, the environment, industry, and other fields and provides specialized services to the Districts of Hawaii.
