Illinois Drug Enforcement Officers' Association
Illinois Drug Enforcement Officers Association (IDEOA) is a non-profit association. Currently, the association is governed by a Board consisting of supervisors from the Chicago Police Department, Lake County Metropolitan Enforcement Group, DuPage County Metropolitan Enforcement Group, Joliet Metropolitan Area Narcotics Squad, Cook County Sheriff’s Police, Illinois State Police and the Drug Enforcement Administration. It believes effective narcotics enforcement is predicated on establishing viable lines of communication and coordination of efforts among drug law enforcement entities. It strive to provide narcotics enforcement personnel with training appropriate to their mission. Membership: $25/year.
