NTF, was formed as the parent organization of the National Turfgrass Evaluation Program (NTEP). Now it is a new organization which coordinates the activities of the National Turfgrass Research Initiative (NTRI). The mission of NTF is to promote the need for turfgrass research and its associated value to society.
