PIA of Hawaii's mission is to serve the needs of the public by increasing the professional competence of its members; to promote high ideals and standards throughout the insurance industry; to represent the interest of its members before the various governmental and regulatory bodies; to disseminate information to the public concerning the role and services performed by members and their staffs; and to do all things necessary to facilitate the work of members and to serve their business needs. Membership fee: $250-$1,500 (Active MM1); $60 (Active MM2); $300 (Active MM3); $75 (Active MM4).
