Membership Fee: $395-$3,040 (Active - Dues are based on total gallons); $500 (Associate); $1,000 (Refiner/Wholesale Supplier); $300-$600 (Retail C-Store Operator - 1 to 4 Stores, and 5 Stores (would pay dues according to annual gallons)).
