AdvaMed's Medical Imaging Division, formerly known as Medical Imaging & Technology Alliance (MITA). In Jan 2024, it left the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) and become a division of the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed). It provides healthcare professionals with the ability to screen, diagnose, treat, and monitor patients by providing accurate, detailed images. Its mission is to reduce regulatory barriers, establish standards, and advocate for the medical imaging industry.
