Cigar Association of America, Inc.
Established in 1937 as the Cigar Manufacturers Association of America, Inc., became the Cigar Association of America, Inc. in 1974 through a merger of the Cigar Research Council, the Cigar Manufacturers Association of America, the Cigar Institute of America and the State and Local Tax Council. CAA is the national trade organization of cigar manufacturers, importers, distributors and suppliers to the industry. It sponsors the Cigar Political Action Committee.
