Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) was created to provide a forum for minority professionals in the transportation industry. COMTO's mission is to ensure opportunities and maximum participation in the transportation industry for minority individuals, businesses, and communities of color, through advocacy, information sharing, training, education, and professional development. Membership: $50 (Student); $125 (Individual); $500 (Non-profit Organizations); $1,000 (Academic Institutions); $350 - $2,200 (Historically Underutilized Business); $1,225 - $6,000 (Private Sector and Transportation Agencies); $1,530 - $40,000 (Transportation Agencies).
