Missouri Alliance for Home Care has changed it's name to Missouri Alliance for Care at Home. It is partnered with the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC) in promoting the newest collection of Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) education resources. It's mission is to support, promote and advocate for the home care industry as an integral component of the health care continuum. MACH is committed to fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation, always striving to improve the standards of care. Membership: $400-$700 (Associate); $950-$8,250 (Provider dues); $450- $1,350 (Private Duty/Private Pay).
