National Association for Home Care and Hospice
Formed (1982) through the merger of the National Association for Home Health Agencies (NAHHA) and the Council of Home Health Agencies/Community Health Services (CHHA/CHS). NAHCH's mission is to preserve the solidarity of families, the fundamental building block of society. Members are home care agencies, hospices, home care aide organizations, and medical equipment suppliers. Membership: $5,500-10,500 (New); $3,000-10,000 (Associate); $750 (State Association); $500 (Allied); $100-500 (Home Care Association).
