New Jersey Apartment Association
NJAA was formerly known as the New Jersey Council of the Multi Housing Industry (MHI). Late in 1992 MHI changed its name to the New Jersey Apartment Association. NJAA's mission is to represent all facets of the multifamily rental housing industry, advancing the success and professionalism of its membership through government affairs advocacy, education, training, and industry events.
