American College of Sports Medicine
ACSM's mission is to promote and integrate scientific research, education, and practical applications of sports medicine and exercise science to maintain and improve physical performance, fitness and quality of life. Affiliated with the Federation Internationale de Medicine Sportive. Clinical Exercise Physiology Association (CEPA) and International Association for Worksite Health Promotion (IAWHP) originates as an affiliate society of the American College of Sports Medicine. Members are professionals and students wanting cutting-edge information in basic and applied exercise science and clinical sports medicine. Membership: $260 (Professional); $110 (Alliance of Health and Fitness Professional); $160 (Professional-in- Training); $30 (Student, must be enrolled in 6+ credit hours).
