American Sugar Alliance

A national coalition supporting America's cane and beet farmers and dedicated to preserve a strong domestic sugar industry. Membership in the American Sugar Alliance ranges from the sweetener producers - including farmers all across the country, sugar processors and refiners to the implement dealers, local banks, community businesses of all types, fertilizer distributors, factory workers producing heavy equipment needed in sugar production, and others in services and supply. Works to assure that farmers and workers in the U.S. sugar industry survive in a world of heavily subsidized sugar. Membership: $2,500 (National Companies); $500 (Regional Companies); $150 (Local Companies/Sole Proprietors).
