Delaware Council on Gambling Problems
DCGP is a health agency founded to provide programs and services for problem gamblers and their families. Its mission is to raise public awareness that compulsive gambling is a treatable disorder and to facilitate the development of a network of services for compulsive gamblers and their families. It is gambling neutral and funded primarily through the Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health.
