ICA's mission is to provide an effective legislative service for all cow/calf producers of Texas and ranchers with the vision to accept and promote changes impacting their well being. Membership Fee: $1,000 (Top Hand); $500 (Extra Hand); $250 (Cattle Boss); $150 (Round UP/Business Associate); $125 (Rancher); $100 (Wrangler); $20 (Collegiate/Junior).
