In 2014, The Home Builders Association of Maryland and the Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association merged to form Maryland Building Industry Association. Its mission is to advocate for the building industry with a commitment to maximizing business opportunities for its members while working to promote a positive image and to serve as a resource to their members and to the public at large.
