ORECA mission is to represent and promote the interests of electric cooperatives and their members. It supports the development and distribution of electric power with better quality of service and cost based retail rates consistent with prudent business management and maintain the integrity of the Oregon utility territorial protection laws which protect the consumer and the investment in rural electric systems.
