Formed in April 2010, through the merger of Pennsylvania Oil and Gas Association (POGAM) and the Independent Oil and Gas Association of Pennsylvania (IOGA). PIOGA's mission is to be recognized as the Appalachian oil and gas trade association, promoting an environment favorable to the growth of the industry and developing Pennsylvania as an attractive state for oil and gas investment. Membership: $715-18,700 (Oil & Gas Producer); $880-2,805 (Service Provider/ Alliled Industries); $900-3,000 (Pipeline/Midstream Member); $880-2,805 (Professional Firm Member); $330 (Associate); $50 (Royalty Owner/Student).
