South Carolina Association of Counties
SCAC's purpose is to promote legislation that supports efficient administration of local government in South Carolina and to investigate and provide a means for the exchange of ideas and experiences between county officials. It is dedicated to the statewide representation of county government in South Carolina and works with county officials to provide education and training, legislative reporting, research and technical assistance.
