The Connecticut Association of Public School Superintendents
Formerly (1977) Connecticut Association for the Advancement of School Administration (CAASA). Became the Connecticut Association of School Administrators and assumed its present name in 1991. CAPSS's misssion is to lead the continuous improvement of public education for all students by advocating public policy for children and by developing and supporting executive school leaders.
