WLTA's mission is to advance the profession of evidencing title to real property and to promote the acquaintance, mutual advantage and general welfare of its members by the interchange of ideas. Members are abstractors, title agents and title underwriters. Membership: $400 (Abstractor/Agent Main Office); $150 (Branch Office, minimum); $2,600 (Underwriter); $250 (Associate).
