ePay Resources - North Carolina
Founded as the Virginias Automated Clearing House Association, merged with NorCACHA, the North Carolina ACH Association in 1996 and changed its name to EastPay.Currently called as ePay Resources. In 1999, PSN, the Payments System Network, covering Florida, agreed to merge with EastPay. The main purpose is to provide education and support in promoting the use of the Automated Clearing House network. Membership: $200-13,000/year (Financial Institution); $300 (Affiliate).
